What will I receive?
An organized report with references to the uploaded documents, plus a searchable property record. We distinguish quoted source facts, inferences, missing information, and suggested questions.
Will you tell me whether to buy?
No. We organize evidence and follow-up questions. You and your qualified advisers make the decisions.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, JPEG, and PNG files up to 20 MB each. Avoid uploading Social Security numbers, bank details, signatures, or unrelated personal information. Redact unnecessary sensitive pages first.
Can I reuse a document?
Yes. Upload once to your property. Eligible products reuse its extracted text and existing analysis instead of asking you to start again.
What if processing fails?
Your dashboard shows the reason and next action. Safe jobs retry automatically. Ambiguous AI failures stop for review to avoid repeated processing costs.
How do upgrade credits work?
Eligible purchases on the same property can receive a time-limited credit. The checkout preview shows the exact credit before you pay; credits are never cashed out.
Can I delete or export my records?
Yes. Use the account and property controls. Deletion revokes access immediately and schedules private-file cleanup. Purchase records retained for accounting are minimized.
How do I request a refund?
Open Billing and submit a refund request for the relevant purchase. You can track its status in Support. Request within 14 days. Full refunds apply before processing starts, for duplicate charges, or for an unresolved technical failure preventing delivery. Delivered reports are reviewed case by case. Applicable consumer rights are preserved.
Is my data used for advertising?
No advertising SDK runs in the private dashboard. Analytics track workflow events without document text. Document processing uses the configured infrastructure providers described in Privacy.
What moves into the iPhone app?
A reviewed property package can carry systems, observations, and records into the existing app. It does not unlock an Apple subscription. You confirm imported information before saving.
