Your home. Your information.

How we handle the information you entrust to BuyerVault, Havenry, and SellerVault.

Who operates the service

KGE HOME LLC operates BuyerVault, Havenry, and SellerVault from Ohio, United States. For privacy questions or requests, open your account and select Help. Your request goes to our private support system.

What we collect

We collect your account email, property details, documents and photos you upload, information you enter about systems, warranties, insurance, service history and inventory, and the reports created for your property. We also keep purchase and refund records, support conversations, and operational records needed to provide and secure the service.

Files may contain other people’s information. Upload only records you have the right to use, and remove unnecessary personal, financial, medical, or identity information before uploading.

How your information is used

We use your information to authenticate your account, store your property record, extract readable document text, generate source-linked analysis, process payments and refunds, deliver service emails, answer support requests, and investigate errors or misuse. We use product and referral events to understand how people find and use the service.

We do not sell your uploaded documents or personal information. Your private property workspace is not a public search page.

Optional partner attribution

For an approved partner link, you can choose whether we remember the referring partner for 30 days using a first-party cookie. Declining does not change your price or access. The last eligible consented interaction may connect to your purchase. Partners see aggregate activity and their own accounting records, never your identity, property documents, or reports through this program.

Partner applicants provide business contact and qualification information. Where compensation onboarding is requested, we collect legal payee details and a tax form through authenticated private upload or an approved secure business provider. These forms are restricted to authorized reviewers and never sent through property OCR or AI analysis. Required tax and accounting records may need to be retained after account closure under applicable law; contact account support for a review.

Storage and service providers

Our web service uses Render for application hosting and its database, Neon for private document storage, OpenAI for document analysis, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers receive information needed to perform their service, subject to their own applicable terms and policies. Full payment-card details are entered with Stripe; they are not stored in the BuyerVault application database.

Web analysis sends extracted text to OpenAI after automated redaction of certain identifiers. Redaction is limited and can miss sensitive information; it does not make a document anonymous. Our analysis requests disable storage of the response through OpenAI’s response-storage option. This does not mean every provider log or security record is immediately deleted.

Information may be processed in the United States or other locations used by our service providers. We use access controls and private storage, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Sharing is your choice

People you authorize may access the records you share. A report share link can be used by anyone who receives it until it expires or is revoked, so send it only to intended recipients. Revocation stops future access through that link; it cannot remove copies someone already downloaded or saved. Transfers to Havenry use time-limited, single-use authorization.

Cookies and referral information

We use an essential session cookie for sign-in. Your browser can also retain first-touch campaign or referral information for up to 30 days so we can attribute a later purchase. Server-side account, purchase, and referral records may remain longer. Our property dashboard does not embed advertising SDKs. You can clear browser storage, although clearing the session cookie signs you out.

Transactional emails support your account and purchases. Marketing email is separate and requires an opt-in; when offered, it includes an unsubscribe option.

Retention, export, and deletion

Your property record is designed to persist across buying, owning, and selling while you keep it in your account. Account settings provide an export and account-deletion control. You can also remove individual documents or properties. Removing evidence may make dependent reports unavailable; the workspace explains that impact before removal.

Deletion removes or disconnects the relevant application records and queues stored file removal for the background worker. Processing failures may delay file removal. Financial, refund, security, and support records may remain where needed for accounting, dispute handling, legal obligations, or legitimate operational purposes. Provider logs and backups follow their separate retention cycles; deletion is not an immediate erasure of every backup.

Use Help in your account to request access, correction, or deletion assistance, or ask about rights that apply where you live. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Havenry on iPhone

Havenry’s native app keeps local records and supports optional private iCloud synchronization. On-device OCR differs from the web analysis described above. A transfer moves the selected property record; it does not automatically activate a paid subscription. Apple handles native-app purchases under its applicable terms.
