Your documents.
A clearer picture.
BuyerVault helps you understand the property information you already have. Each purchase belongs to the same home record, ready to grow from buying to owning to selling.
1. Start with your property
Sign in with an email link, create your property, and choose the product that fits your documents. The checkout preview shows the price and any eligible upgrade credit before you pay.
2. Bring the records you have
Upload PDF, JPEG, or PNG files up to 20 MB each. Use readable copies and remove unnecessary sensitive information first. Inspection Lens uses one inspection; Repair Quote Compare needs two to five estimates classified as quotes. Home Inventory uses your room and item entries. SellerVault can start from documented files or your entered service history.
3. Read what the sources establish
Document text is extracted, including OCR where needed. AI helps organize readable text into product-specific topics. Findings must pass source checks before they appear as documented evidence. The system can still miss or misinterpret information: use the linked page and excerpt to check important conclusions.
Direct source statements, owner-entered history, possible implications, missing information, and questions remain distinct. Conflicting records are a reason to clarify, not permission to guess which version is true.
4. Keep the result beside its evidence
Your workspace shows processing status and provides access to completed reports. Open the source references, export a report PDF, and use a controlled report link when you want someone else to review it. Share links can expire and be revoked. Your original uploaded files are not public search pages.
5. Carry the record forward
Add systems, warranties, service history, receipts, and inventory over time. BuyerVault starts the record; Havenry is the owning chapter; SellerVault organizes the accumulated history when selling becomes relevant. Havenry’s iPhone release and subscription are separate from these web purchases.
Clarity has boundaries.
BuyerVault does not inspect the house, verify title, appraise property, choose a contractor, establish insurance coverage, or make the purchase decision. Ask a qualified professional about property condition, legal obligations, and financial decisions. We show what the uploaded material supports and preserve what remains unknown.
